Terms & Conditions

At ARC – Above the Rest Cleaning, we believe your home is more than just a place—it’s your sanctuary. When you invite us in, we treat it with the care, attention, and integrity it deserves. These terms are here to ensure a smooth, respectful experience for all of our clients.

1. Entry & Access

We promise to show up—on time, prepared, and ready to care for your space. We kindly ask that your home is accessible at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the property (due to locked doors, alarms, or other issues), a service fee may still apply to cover our team’s time.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand life happens and always do our best to work with you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a $25 cancellation fee.

This policy helps us protect our team’s time and provide consistent care for all of our clients.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction means everything to us. While refunds aren’t offered once service has begun, we go to great lengths to ensure you’re happy with your experience.

If you’re present at the time of service, we’re happy to walk through a checklist with you to confirm everything meets your expectations before we leave. If something doesn’t feel right, please let us know—we’ll always work to make it right.

4. Payments & Add-Ons

For services booked directly through our website, full payment is required at the time of booking via our secure Stripe checkout. This ensures your appointment is reserved and our team is scheduled.

If you’re booking through a discovery call or requesting a custom quote, payment terms will be outlined as part of your proposal and may vary based on the scope of service.

If you choose to add services after your initial booking, a separate invoice will be sent and must be paid prior to your appointment.

5. In-Home Sitting Services

ARC offers trusted house sitting and pet sitting services as part of our in-home concierge offerings. When booking these services, you authorize ARC team members to be present in your home during the agreed timeframe. We approach this responsibility with the utmost respect and professionalism.

6. Photos & Documentation

We often take before-and-after photos to document our work and ensure quality. These images may also be used for internal training or shared (with your permission) on our website and social media channels.

No identifying information (like your name or address) will ever be shared publicly. If you’d prefer we do not share images of your space for marketing, just let us know—we completely respect your preferences.

7. Communication

Some messages you receive (like quotes or receipts) may be auto-generated. If you ever have a question or concern, please don’t hesitate to reach out at lori@arcleaningtx.com. We’re always here to help.

8. Policy Updates

These terms may be updated periodically to reflect the needs of our business and clients. The most current version will always be available on our website.
