I started the company alongside a few close friends when all our kids were young. Over time, those friends moved on, but I stayed — because this work has always meant something deeper to me. After decades of serving families in North Carolina, I moved to Northlake, Texas to be closer to my son and grandchildren. That move marked not just a new chapter in life, but the chance to serve a new community with the same care, consistency, and trust that has always defined ARC.
